About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you work with Autonomo Labs Limited, trading as Autonomo AI (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17558658) with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you become a client, we will also agree a written service agreement with you. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the service agreement takes priority.

Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to book a call with us. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works or using it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. The content is general information about our services and is not a binding offer.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. On the call we will tell you honestly whether we think we can help, whether that means booking qualified meetings for you or automating part of your work. We may decline to take on any client.
Our services
We provide two services: done-for-you lead generation through cold email, and custom AI systems that automate parts of your business’s work (“AI systems”). For lead generation, the exact scope, target client profile and any other details are set out in your service agreement. For AI systems, they are set out in the written proposal you approve before we start. We will carry out the services with reasonable skill and care.
Results depend on many things outside our control, such as your market, your offer and how prospects respond, so we do not guarantee a particular number of meetings or any sales outcome. In the same way, we do not guarantee that an AI system will save a particular amount of time or produce a particular business result.
Fees and payment
Lead generation is pay per meeting, with no retainer. You pay a fixed fee for each qualified meeting that takes place. The fee and payment terms are agreed with you in writing before we start, and we invoice in line with your service agreement.
AI systems are quoted per project. The price, what it covers, any ongoing hosting or support fees and the payment terms are set out in the written proposal you approve before any work starts.
Qualified meetings and disputes
For lead generation, a qualified meeting is one with a decision-maker at a company that fits the client profile we agree with you, who has confirmed interest, turns up to the call and is not already a client or in your pipeline.
If you believe a meeting does not meet that standard, you have 48 hours after the meeting to dispute it by email. A meeting disputed on valid grounds is not charged.
AI systems
Before we build anything, we agree a written proposal setting out what the system will do, what it will not do, which of your tools it connects to, the timeline and the price. Work outside that proposal is quoted separately.
We test each system with you, and it goes live only once you approve it. We host and run the systems we build for you. If a system stops working as agreed, we will tell you and work to put it right.
To build and run a system we may need access to some of your tools and accounts. You can remove that access at any time, but the system may then stop working.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, your offer and your ideal clients.
- Turn up to the meetings we book for you, or let the prospect know in good time if you cannot.
- Make sure your products, services and claims are lawful and that you have the right to offer them.
- Tell us promptly about any existing clients or open opportunities, so we do not book them as new meetings.
- For AI systems, give us the access and information we need, make sure you are entitled to give it, and check each system before you approve it.
Term and cancellation
Lead generation agreements start with a three-month initial term. After that, either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Qualified meetings that take place before the agreement ends remain payable.
For AI systems, the length of any ongoing hosting and support, how either side can end it and what happens to the system afterwards are set out in your proposal. Work completed before the agreement ends remains payable.
Either side may end the agreement straight away if the other seriously breaches it and does not put things right within a reasonable time after being asked.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design and logo, belongs to Autonomo Labs Limited. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission, except for personal reference.
Your brand, materials and client information remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide the services to you. Who owns an AI system we build for you is set out in your proposal.
Confidentiality and data
We keep information about your business confidential and use it only to provide the services. When an AI system we run for you handles personal data, we act as your processor: we use that data only to run the system on your instructions, under a written data processing agreement. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services, such as Cal.com for booking calls, and may link to other websites. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or how they operate.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect a service agreement already in place unless we both agree in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
